It is natural for children to eat candies and chocolates frequently. Actually, they love sweets which can destroy their teeth in the future. Simple steps in training you children to do physical hygiene are listed below:
Train them to be well-organized not only to their physical areas but to their environment as well. You can show to them on how to arrange their toys in their rooms, pile their clothes, and organize their school supplies. When they know how to do all of these activities, trust them and believe that they can manage it. Lastly, once they’ve known all about proper hygiene, they will develop sensitivity to the cleanliness of the community.
